Are you ready to kickstart your finance career with a two-year adventure in Bucharest? SLB is looking for two talented candidates for their graduate program, where you'll dive into the world of finance and experience how a global organization operates.

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • A bachelor's degree or MBA in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
  • Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
  • Natural curiosity and the ability to see beyond the numbers.
  • Passion and drive to facilitate change.
  • High integrity and the ability to work with data and analytical tools.

Throughout the program, dedicated mentors will guide you, and you will have access to unlimited training sessions and e-learning resources.

Start date: Q3 2025 or upon agreement.
